Fishing would make a strange amount of sense in Sanctuary. A quiet river, a nasty little monster crawling out of the reeds, maybe a few crafting bits for your trouble. But right now, Diablo 4 doesn't have proper fishing. You can't cast a line, catch fish, or turn them into potions. So if you've seen guides talking about rare pools or secret fishing routes, take them with a big pinch of salt....
